Make Your Mortgage Payment

  • Monthly mortgage loan statement: Each month Pulte Mortgage will send a Mortgage Loan Statement to make your next payment. Statements are sent after the 16th calendar day of the month and provide detail of all loan activity that has occurred since your last statement as well as current balance and year-to-date information.
  • Can't find your mortgage loan statement, or in a hurry? Make your check payable to Pulte Mortgage LLC and send it to one of the following addresses. Please be sure to include your loan number on the check:

    • You only need to enter your 7-digit loan number, no need for a user id or password.
    • Just follow the prompts to make a payment using a check.
  • Pay-by-phone: A complimentary service:

    • This automated service allows you to issue an electronic check.
  • Notice about electronic check conversion: When you provide a check as payment, you authorize Pulte Mortgage to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from your bank account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information to make an electronic funds transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your bank account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. Your authorization is not limited by the date on the check. We may resubmit and electronically collect returned payments.   • Avoid late fees and protect your credit: The "Due Date" for all Mortgage Loans is the 1st day of each month and late fees are assessed 15-days after the Due Date per your loan documents. Failure to make payments as they become due may result in the assessment of late fees.
  • Principal pre-payments: Additional prepayments of principal may be made on any current loan. The amount is up to you as long as it is over $5.00. Simply identify the additional principal amount in the space provided on the payment notice that is returned with your regular monthly payment.
    Note: Pulte Mortgage must receive certified funds for any amounts paid of $10,000 or more.
  • Other additional funds: For all other additional funds, please specify the purpose on your return payment notice; otherwise unidentified funds will be applied toward outstanding late fees, other charges or to your escrow account.
